The ethos at Codsall High is one of learning. We believe that every student can achieve high standards so that he/she is prepared for life after school. Mentoring is one way that we can support our students who are not maximising their potential. Our ‘mentoring for success’ programme provides students with an opportunity to discuss any difficulties they may be having which could be affecting their progress. The aim of Mentors is to provide support and encouragement. Mentors may also set targets with students for future improvement.
