    Swimming Instructor and Water Safety Officer

    Grade 6 Permanent Position £16,799 – £18,988 (pro rata)

    37 hours per week – term time only

    (hours of work to be determined due to after swim school classes)

    We are looking to recruit an efficient and effective Swimming Instructor and Water Safety Officer to instruct and deliver swimming lessons to support the PE curriculum within our school and the local primary schools. The successful candidate will also be innovative, ambitious and creative in the delivery of community after school swimming clubs, lifesaving classes and all other swimming sessions available to the local community. The successful candidate will also hold the RLSS UK Lifeguard Certificate and the GB Swimming Teachers Certificate.

    We are looking for a person to join us who will:

    ● Develop swimming and water safety to its full potential throughout school and the local community

    ● Be responsible for the management of the pool and all associated equipment

    ● Maintain all aspects of health & safety including policy and procedure

    ● Oversee supporting poolside staff to ensure whole team delivery of safe swimming

    Data Management Coordinator

    Grade 7 Permanent Position 37 hours per week  Term time (+ 3 weeks)

    (2 weeks in the summer holidays & 5 days throughout other holiday periods)

    £20,218 – £22,982 (pro rata)

    We are looking to recruit an efficient and effective Data Management Coordinator to support Governors and Senior Leaders in their focus to consistently improve outcomes for all students. The successful candidate will work under the direction of senior leaders, subject leaders and other colleagues to provide high quality data information on student attainment and achievement, ensuring the delivery of outstanding data management practices.

    We are looking for a person to join us who will:

    ● Analyse and report on all aspects of student performance

    ● Manage the implementation and provision of effective student information systems

    ● Prepare the analysis of assessment data throughout the academic year to facilitate the raising of standards and attainment

    ● Liaise with senior leaders and submit returns to the Local Authority and DfE.

    ● Develop computerised student data modelling, through a variety of packages including Assessment Manager, SIMS, Exam Manager, RAISEonline, SISRA, Excel and a variety of online resources

    ● Oversee and ensure that the school complies with Data Protection and Freedom of Information policies and procedures

    Learning Resource Centre Administrator

    Grade 5 Temporary Position £8,564 – £9,533 (pro rata)

    (Term time only, 21 hours per week)

    We are looking to recruit a highly enthusiastic and motivated Learning Resource Centre Administrator to work closely with the Senior Leadership Team and the English Department. The successful candidate will create a collaborative environment working within the Library, providing structured support in accordance with specific work programmes within the English Department. Our Learning Resource Centre Administrator will provide consistent support to our students, recognising and responding to their individual reading needs.

    We are looking for a person to join us who will:

    ● Provide an efficient and effective library service to all of our students

    ● Offer reading club support on a 1:1 and small group basis

    ● Provide before and after school reading clubs and schemes, including lunchtimes

    ● Have a positive impact on reading progress for individual students, create and support intervention packages providing inspiration and motivation for all students.
