SEN

Between Monday 12 November and Friday 16 November, Ofsted and the Care Quality Commission (CQC) will jointly carry out an inspection of support for children and young people who live in Staffordshire and have special educational needs and/or disabilities.
Whilst our school has not been selected by the inspection team to be visited as part of the inspection, we want you to be aware of the inspection and to inform you as parents and carers so you can provide feedback to the inspection team.
The five-day inspection will include meetings with officers from education and social care at the county council, as well as key people from the local health service, leaders in schools and education settings, parents and pupils.
They will look at three key things:
1. How well the needs of children and young people with SEND are identified
2. How well the needs of children and young people with SEND are met
3. The outcomes for children and young people with SEND

The full letter for settings not being visited as part of the inspection, which explains how parents can participate is below.
